Leather Care
Our leather products are handcrafted with calf or cowhide leather and carefully selected materials. As a natural characteristic of leather, each leather used is unique, hence occasional tone variations may occur.
Please follow care instructions for a longer product life.
- Clean your bag with a soft, dry cloth. In some cases, you may use a slightly damp cloth to get blemishes off
- Naturally, it is advisable to be cautious when exposing leather products to the elements. While our products are durable and designed to be long-lasting, we suggest you protect your bag from direct light, heat and rain for a longer product life. If your bag becomes wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth
- The interior of most of our bags are lined with microfiber or suede which are durable, but still take care to not damage inside your bag with liquid cream, hand sanitizers, makeup and perfumes
- When not in use, fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity
- Keep your bag stored in the provided dust bag
- Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag
- Do not overstuff your bag - it may damage your zipper
- Only take your bag to a cobbler who works with fine leather for any kind of repair or reconditioning
